Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• Product is damaged or defective
• Wrong item was delivered
• Size issue (if size exchange is available)

Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return

• Customized or altered products

Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Customers may need to pay delivery charges for exchanges
